While undergoing seven surgeries and twenty years of physical rehabilitation, Robert began training for a second career by earning his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing as Valedictorian at FSU and his Feature Film Writing degree “With Distinction” at UCLA. After debilitating spinal cord injuries made continuing his financial advisory practice an impossibility, Robert was faced with a choice.
